Binghamton University Women in Business (BWiB) empowers female students of all majors by fostering ambition, confidence, and resilience while supporting their personal and professional growth. Through professional development, leadership opportunities, networking, and community involvement, BWiB equips members with the skills and connections needed to succeed. The organization also serves as a collective voice for women at Binghamton, advocating for greater female representation in leadership across industries. By cultivating a strong network of members and alumni, BWiB inspires and prepares the next generation of leaders, believing that meaningful change begins with the conversations and community built at Binghamton University.
